Can we buy an
Ergo-desk without a PayPal account? |
|

|
|
|
PayPal is a convenient and secure way of paying for your
Ergo-desk. You can either pay using an existing PayPal account or
make a one-off payment using a credit or debit card. Simply
follow our ordering process and click on the PayPal check-out
button before you leave and enter your details when
prompted. |

|
|
|
To place an order with us and pay by cheque or bank transfer
simply fill out our on-line order form and arrange payment as
indicated on the order acknowledgement that will be emailed to
you. Your goods will be dispatched once payment is received. |

|
|
|
|
In certain circumstances we will supply Ergo-desks against an
official purchase order in which case payment will be required
within 30 days of delivery. In the first instance please contact us to request this method
of purchasing from us. Once your account is approved, then
purchase orders should be emailed to info@visual-q.co.uk, faxed

How does my
Ergo-desk get delivered? |
|
|
|
|
|
Your Ergo-desk will be delivered by courier within 3 to 5
working days of us receiving your payment and will require a
signature upon delivery. Delivery will be attempted twice before
your consignment is returned to the courier’s depot. It is
the purchaser’s responsibility to make proper arrangements
to receive the goods. The Ergo-desk comes in a single box 67 x 67
x 17cm weighing 9.3 kg.

What if the
Ergo-desk is out of stock? |
|
|
|
|
|
If the Ergo-desk is temporarily out of stock, we will
back-order for you and advise you of the anticipated date of
dispatch. You have the option to cancel if you consider lead
times unacceptable.

Can we return an
Ergo-desk? |

Damaged goods and returns: |
|
|
|
|
|
If goods are being returned to us as unsuitable for their
intended purpose or because they were found to be either damaged
or defective upon delivery, please inform Customer Services on
01784 477780 or e-mail info@visual-q.co.uk of your intention to
return them to us within 7 working days of delivery and we will
authorise with a Goods Return Number. Returns under warranty
should likewise be advised by e-mail before posting. Please
parcel the goods securely and enclose a Returns Note and the original
packaging so that we can deal with your replacement promptly. The
cost of returning the goods will in the first instance be borne
by the purchaser. In cases of confirmed warranty claims this
return postage may be refunded. |

Cooling off Period: |

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, contact
us within seven working days after date of delivery and return to
us with the original packaging and in a saleable condition. A
full refund for the items will be made (less original post &
packaging @ £10.00) The cost of returning these items in
good condition must be paid for by the purchaser.

What is the warranty

If you consider that a product supplied by us has some defect
or has failed in some way within 12 months of purchase, then

original purchase reference . We will do our best to rectify the
problem quickly and professionally.

The Ergo-desk is designed for self-assembly and comes with
clear assembly instructions. Assembly instructions . All you
require is a standard cross-head screw driver and a non-abrasive
surface for assembly (eg Carpet), which should take around 15
minutes |
|
|
|
|
|
For stability reasons we recommend that your IT equipment be
removed before you adjust the height or move the Ergo-desk. |
|
|
|
|
|
Placing equipment on the lower shelf ie printer or laptop bag
will add to the stability of the unit. |
|
|
|
|
|
When using a monitor on the top shelf you should use the
monitor straps provided. |
|
|
|
|
|
The Ergo-desk is designed to create an ergonomic workstation
when combined with an adjustable (office) task chair. If you
intend to use the Ergo-desk when seated on a low sofa or
armchair, then you may need lower the desk to get the keyboard
height right. This can be achieved by removing the set of
casters, but this seating arrangement is unsuitable for intensive
computing.
