Our UK delivery and handling charges are included in the prices displayed and your order will be securely packaged and delivered by Royal Mail First Class or by a reliable courier service which will require a signature upon delivery.
If you order includes different products, then these may arrive as separate deliveries depending on where our stock is held.
Damaged goods and returns:
- You have decided it is not required.
- It was found to be damaged upon delivery.
- It is faulty and being returned under warranty
In all cases please enclose a Laptop stands Returns Note, parcel the goods securely and return using a trackable delivery service. The cost of returning the goods will in the first instance be borne by the purchaser. In cases of confirmed delivery damage/warranty claims this return delivery charge will be refunded.

A full refund for the items will be made promptly once we have checked their condition. The cost of returning these items in good condition by trackable means must be paid for by the purchaser.

If you consider that a product supplied by us is faulty in some way, then please contact Customer Services on 01784 477780 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org about the problem with details of the original purchase. We will do our best to rectify the problem quickly and repair, replace or arrange a refund once the claim has been approved.
